Apply for a tenancy

If you're interested in applying for a tenancy with us, we have some requirements you need to meet. We recommend you read our eligibility criteria before applying to be part of our housing program.

MCM Housing has opted into the Victoria Housing Register (VHR), which means that the majority of our housing must be allocated to people who have applied for housing through the VHR. To apply for an MCM Housing tenancy, please apply through the VHR website.

When completing your VHR application, please remember to tick one of these options:

Community and public housing
Community housing only

By doing so, you'll allow us at MCM Housing to access your VHR application. Please note that we can’t contact you if your details aren’t up to date, so make sure you get in touch with VHR if anything changes.
