Simon McDonald

Simon is a property industry professional with over 20 years’ experience in construction and development. Simon is a co-founder and director of Medley Property Group, a development and project management services business.

Additionally, Simon is a co-founder and Director of Cod Build, a building company specialising in the construction of high-end architecturally designed homes and bespoke commercial fit outs.

Simon previously worked as a project analyst at the Victorian Government Department of Treasury and Finance in the Gateway Unit assessing and managing risk on large capital expenditure projects.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
