Gerard Whitely

Gerard has over 35 years of experience in business having filled senior finance and commercial roles in multi-national as well as smaller domestic businesses. Gerard was Managing Director and part owner of a national electrical services business that he led on a significant growth journey to become a recognised leader in its sector prior to its sale to a multi-national energy services business. Gerard currently operates a consultancy service, B2B Growth Solutions, with a particular focus on SMEs operating in the building services, renewable energy, and construction sectors.

Gerard has strong commercial finance skills and is experienced in establishing and growing new business operations. Gerard is a CPA, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has served as a director on several private company boards. Gerard is passionate about diversity, inclusion and helping people fulfil their potential, and has acted as a mentor under the IMNIS program run by The Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering.
